okey let's see---- ate a lot of crap today
I did surf however

I just ate three pbandj sandwiches
that's bad

gotta get back on the goals

  1. Peanut butter doesn't have to be all bad. The kind you get that has almost all sugar is bad. But the kind with mostly peanuts or all ground peanuts is better in moderation. Good protein.

    If you can, go for preserves instead of jam. Or try putting on fresh banana instead of jam.
