3-15-10 muffin top

food: breakfast- smoothie--- frozen fruit, 100% fruit juice, protein powder, anti-oxidant powder, electrolyte powder. Need something to repair my body from yesterday.
2 large glasses, mmmmmm fantastic.
lunch-5pm some curry my friend made. Yum
dinner-10pm- some potato soup my friend made--- yum again!

exercise: short walk (15 min?) on beach with dogs because one of my little punks decided to run off without looking where I was going and I know she ended up on the road by my gate scared and alone and at first I thought, you little brat, if you get hit by a car it's your own fault for running off but then I thought, oh no she can't get hit by a car- I love her, so ran back home. Thanks alot for ruining my new exercise plan you lil bitch (really, she is a bitch, I"m not just being mean.
That's it so far.
Yoga and another 15 min walk on the beach
hula hooping, 20 min at night (but not very vigorously cause was talking the whole time)

Schedule:
9 am woke up, finally a full nights sleep after crazy weekend.
9:20 get dogs ready and go for short walk.
9:45 prepare smoothie.
10 SUPPOSED TO BE WRITING TIME, but instead spent forever writing a thoughtful response to someone's response to my response on someone elses wall post on facebook. good lord!!!!
then I wrote the first post on this blog today writing in tablet mode on my new touch netbook--- fun but took a long time cause I"m not used to it and lots of errors.
11:00 friend from upstairs calls and says she called in sick to work and do I want to walk down to the coffee shop with her to get some healthy tea cause she's sick? I apologize but say no, it's writing time, I have to write from 10-1. feel like a jerk so give her some of my tea which is really good when you're sick.
It's now 11:52 and I haven't done any real writing. sigh. Going to send in the article proposal for the magazine I write for and start working on that for the last hour of my writing time.
1200 the last hour of my writing time was great! got topic approval from my editor and wrote 500 word Article in one hour! sweeeeet! Now all it needs is some editing!
1:00 took long walk on beach with dogs. It's now 2 pm
2:00-4:00 true to my terrible habits 'spent2 full hours On facebook and reading the New Yorker's fiction piece which was quite good!
4:00 vacuumed and Cleaned house.
At 5 l started gett ing ready for workn now at
6:00 Im_on the train.
7-9 work
9- train home, walk dogs
10 eat dinner and hula hoop with friend
11 read
1230 sleep
