yes yesyes it's muffin top, the prodigal daughter has rturned...


got these with my webcam on 'burst' mode. Ya know what, this is good for me. I think I imagine I'm fatter than I really am. Need to work on the belly but other than that, I think I'm alright.

ate today:
breakfast- massive amount of pasta with tomato sauce, cheddar cheese, and tuna. god how I love tuna.
lunch: the remainder of that pasta.
Dinner: I'm thinking grilled cheese.
Crap. I also had theSe veggie filled sticky bun things for a Snack. Fried. Not healthy. And some Chocolate. Crap.

exercise: woke up 727, yoga on beach, surfed for an hour. HA! I'm doing this every morning from now on, no excuses!!!
Did more yoga and crunches. My abs hurt. From 100 crunches! Pathetic!

schedule (quite proud of myself actually)
730 yoga surf
930 home, shower breakfast, cleaning up dog pee (freakin puppy)
1110 start writing
210 convince myself that I've been so good at keeping my schedule the last two days, what would one little foray into facebook hurt?
chat on facebook, comment on statuses, cq tells me I suck for not logging on here. Log on here. take bikini pics with my camera, can't find card reader... figure out how to take bikini pics with webcam. bye bye afternoon!

okay, goals:
surf every morning. (gonna try to walk on my longboard!)

yoga before surfing

100 sit ups a day

measure myself and post pics every sunday.

can eat for sweets--- dark chocolate (sorry cq =(

rest of sweets--- only on weekends. and eat normal portions ya retard (meaning myself of course...)
