3-17-10 Muffin Top

Breakfast: 11am- Thai food made from a box with fresh peppers, onions, brocolli, and an egg. Meant to only eat half but extended the eating over 4 hours so ate the whole dang thing.
snack. Some dried mango. just a Couple pieces.
lunch? 630 pm limp veggies (eggplant, soy bean sprouts, cabbage, unidentified green veggies- several varieties, some lettuce, more sprouts, small amount of noodles, edamame)cooked in a massive amount of oil. (Oh Taiwanese cuisine!) One eggroll. two slices guava.

dinner: 10 pm more yummy fruit curry from upstairs neighbor who is saving my life! and four slices of sourdough with a slice of zuchini on top and some pepper sprinkled on it, mmm mm good (each slice was about the size of a fourth of a dollar bill- the small ones)

Exercise: 9:30-11 surf, including a pre-surf yoga sesh and 100 crunches, done while the puppy kept trying to crawl all over me. When I was 15 I did 350 crunches a day and didn't even feel them, but today I did 100 and totally felt it. Guess that's what 13 years of no crunches will do to ya.
3pm- 20 min walk on beach with dogs with some neck stretches.
