-k so I suck! I got sick and I got a new puppy in my house (up to my elbows in dog urine here folks) , and I started slacking.- CQ, can you forgive me? l really want to do this!
And I don't just want it to be about weight loss. l want to also Keep track of how l am managing my time and My life.
I'm going to make this my home page, and every time I get online I'll fill it out.
So here are my goals:
1. keep track of all the food I'm eating here.
2. Go for a long walk on the beach with my dogs every morning, and while on the beach do 100 crunches and yoga.
3. surf or slackline every day of the week.
4. Hoop 5 nights a week, at least 20 minutes.
That's for health, but I'm going to use this for the rest of my life too (CQ and anyone else who stumbles on this blog, feel free not to read the rest of my posts because they'll probably be quite boring- but this is my way to keep tabs on myself in a public, anonymous place.)
I'm in this amazing spot in life where I can support myself by working 2-3 and a half hours a day. I know. Most people are doing the 40 or more thing. I work 13 hours a week. That leaves so much free time to accomplish amazing things, and yet...half the time when I lay in bed at night, I can't for the life of me figure out what the heck I did with all my glorious free time that day. My house is a wreck, I'm not accomplishing what I want writing-wise, I don't surf enough ;) It's frustrating and I don't want to live the rest of my life like this. So I'm going to write down what I do each day to figure out where that time goes!
So I'm going to start with yesterday on my next post and go from there. haha the idea of this blog keeps changing. CQ sorry I was a bum--- just felt like I got really really busy, but that's no excuse when I still spent hours bumming around facebook. I think I spend too much time on facebook so from now on my only facebook time is on the train ride between home and work- about 40 min a day. so there...
