Okay, it's week one of the fat loss extravaganza (except for skinny midget- for her it's a weight gain extravaganza) Here's the point of this blog- we three friends are going to keep up on the blog and check in with eachother on our health goals. There will be heckling, there will be insults and hopefully there will be PROGRESS. We will be competing for some trophies- I'll have to ask my cohorts what we will name those first, but I think we'll have a sort of overall progress trophy, a best fat joke trophy, and I dunno something else. three trophies just seems like the right number.
And yes, you've got it, we're going to insult eachother here on our blog- it's motivating.
I don't know about you fools - Fat Ass and Skinny Midget, but I (Muffin Top) am going to start like this-
Every day:
1. write down what I ate
2. write down the exercise I did
Every week:
1. write down my fitness goals
2. measure for lost inches
3. *drum roll please* I'll post pictures of my progress. Sans face, of course.
Notice there will be no weighing- I don't believe weight is a good measure of health. Muscle weighs more than fat and I want more muscle, so might weigh more when this process is through.

Now this is by far the most disturbing image I've seen in a long time. I'm really letting it all hang out. Target area= belly.
And this photo is just going in to make me feel better =) I think I still look okay if I suck in.
Not so bad. Perhaps if I had an outfit to fit in that wasn't a bikini, I could do something like that. I really would like to look good in the bikini tho, so I'm going to stick with it.
