Ate:
10am: an omelet with two eggs, corn, asparagus, peppers, onions, and plenty of cheddar cheese (maybe too much cheddar cheese.
throughout morning and afternoon: snacked on dried cranberries and almonds- ate kinda a lot of those.
6:30 pm: Went to Chinese buffet- ate small lunch box of food. Tried to stick to veggies but even those cooked with a ton of oil till they were pretty limp. Still good though!!!
10pm: let the games begin- this is where I get most of my calories
countless little rice cracker snacks
lots of seaweed
peanut butter and jelly on thick piece of toast.
and I'm probably not finished yet--- why do I have to eat myself silly before I fall asleep?
This is something I probably need to change.
I'll try to stop eating tonight. I think I'm done.
Maybe I'll try to stop eating at 7pm, but its tough because I work from 7-9 and by the time I get home at 10 I'm ravenous.
Exercise: surfed for a very short time cause the waves weren't great- probably about 30 min, with 20 minute walk with my surfboard down the beach.
Perhaps try brushing your teeth at a certain time, to prevent night time eating. It helps me! -CQ
ReplyDeleteGood Idea. I think what I'll do is have a small healthy snack at 10 when I get home, then brush my teeth and go to sleep. That'll probably cut half of my caloric intake! Then I can eat healthier meals during the day. I'm also cutting out my mid-class snack which is usually chocolate--- I'll bring something healthy instead. Be cheaper too.
