3/7/10 - CQs Food Diary



Breakfast: Omelet with asparagus, red peppers, and fresh spinach. 1 pear.

Lunch: Two homemade coconut macaroons.

Dinner: Two homemade oatmeal carrot ginger muffins. 1 pear.
