blah ate a ton today!!!! Mostly tonight
bowl of cereal in the morning with a spoonful of peanut butter mixed in (I kid you not, it's delicious)
lunch, a nice big veggie filled omelet.
dinner........
tons of rice crackers, an orange, 2 waffles with plenty of PB and maple syrup.
yikes-- it doesn't look like much but trust me my stomach is distended.
yeeeeech!
I gotta simmer down on the eating at night
Exercise; didn't get out for a surf (wah!) but cleaned house all day, which has got to count for somethin!
bleh, I gotta eat less at night!
