Breakfast- none, shocking
Lunch- some tasty leftover potato soup my friend made me, rendered unhealthy by my addition of cheddar cheese, but mmmm mmmm good!
dinner- Leftover fruit and veggie curry that my friend made me- lucky me! and half a bowl of cereal with some pb and j mixed in (I know I'm weird but don't knock it till you've tried it)
snack- dried mango which unfotunately had sugar added (my students read the chinese label for me- wah!)
midnight snack- two waffles with peanut butter and syrup
I've noticed that if I give myself a smaller serving size, after I eat I feel just as satisfied as if I ate a ton--- so I'm almost halving some of my servings =)
exercise- loooong walk this am with dogs- about 45 min.

9amNick showed up to surf but alas, the wind was crazy and the waves were choppy closeouts- so we slacklined instead. He left about 12, and then I just had enough time to eat, shower, walk the dogs, and head to work.

11 load pics to sell friends surfboadonline while chatting with nother friend.
11-1245 which is now--- trying to get dog to stay still while taking pics so I can adopt him out and other worthless activities.
I need to go to sleep. but I'm going to do 100 sit ups first.
