I recently incountered a health condition where I need to change my diet. This will cause me to have to change my diet (what I eat), and I can only eat at certain times, as I have to arrange my meals with my medication schedule.
I also recently had a surgery that has affected my level of activity. I have spent most of the last month in bed. I actually love to be active, but have to take it easy and gain back my activity gradually. And even then, I will be limited in my activity. However, I still should be able to rock climb and do yoga. My goal is to rock climb and do yoga atleast once a week each.
So, this is a challenge, but I think I can do it. I'll check in with new photos once per month, and update my weight progress once per week. I will look for my measuring tape tomorrow, and report my measurements. I'll report my m
