CQ make sure you buy the right hoop--- it's gotta be a little heavier and thicker than your average cause if you learn tricks you're gonna be throwing that thing right and left. I believe there are tutorials about what kind of hoop to buy online. I'm jealous, if I get one shipped from the states it's over $100 US. Mine is too big and heavy- it's supposed to be for exercise not for tricks.
