Here are my updated photos. There is clearly less fat on my stomach area, and my back fat rolls are almost gone. I am at 141.2, so I have lost 6.8 pounds in 3 weeks. At work, I walk a lot and stand all day, so I account that as my exercise. I have been eating less, and changed my diet completely. I don't eat anything that has things in it I can't pronounce, food with preservatives, food high in salt, or enriched foods. My meals are very basic with very simple ingredients, and I put together and cook just about everything. Here are my photos.
