3/9/10 - CQ's Food Diary

Breakfast: Two homemade oatmeal carot ginger muffins with cream cheese. 12 oz of lowfat milk.

Lunch: Delicious salad as shown below. Greens tossed with olive oil, organic pasta, carrots, red bell peppers, yellow bell peppers, chicken.

Snack: Pear.

Dinner: Potatoes with red and yellow bell peppers, 1 egg. Watermellon.
