3/8/10 - CQ's food diary



Breakfast: 2 homemade blintzes (made with homemade crepe batter, with aprox. 3 tablespoons ricotta total)

Dinner: 2 homemade oatmeal ginger carrot muffins with cream cheese. 1/2 cup plain pasta. 1 cup milk tea. 1 cup watermelon.

Tomorrow I am going to have a delicious salad for lunch. I will post photos!

Exercise: Today I actually exercised! Did some ab stuff and arm stuff. Also, I went to work today, which requires me to walk around a lot. I would say I probably get about 30 mins of walking in at work each day. And now I'll be there 5 days a week. Hooray!
