I had the craziest weekend so fell off the food reporting wagon!
I think all I ate was tons of pizza and rice crackers- some alcohol was involved. On the plus size got in nice hiking/dancing work outs ;)
today- omelet (who says variety is the spice of life)
limp veggies for lunch (at 630 pm haha)
and just now a snickers on the train.
also had an orange this morning.
I cant figure out how to eat less at night, heeeeeelpppppp!!!!!
today no exercise except for long walks on the beach cause I adopted apuppy who needs to be housetrained.
wah.
I think we need to get measurements up on here and I'm going to start working on making some specific, measurable goals for the second week!
I've been looking for my measuring tape without success. I'll post when I find one of the two I should have around here. -CQ
