3/6/10 - CQs Food Diary

Brunch: Plain bagel with reduced fat cream cheese. 1 cup of steamed milk, lowfat.

Dinner: 1 piece homemade fried chicken breast and 5 spears of asparagus.

Snack: 4 homemade coconut macaroons.

Tomorrow the beau and I are making those omelets you made (minus the corn, because I forgot to buy some).
