Today for breakfast I had 3 homemade crepe blintzes with ricotta cheese and fresh blueberries as fillings.
Late lunch: 2 Homemade carrot muffins. 1 tablespoon sliced almonds.
Dinner: 2/3 cup homemade knoshi (spelling?) with pesto.
Dessert: 4 homemade coconut macaroons.
I really like your omlette idea. I can actually eat all of those things except for the onions, and it would be a great way for me to get some more veggies in my diet, as most of what I am allowed to eat (atleast for now) is white, except for veggies, pears (which are white on the inside), blueberries, and watermellon.
I am considering purchasing a hula hoop today.
